Privacy Policy

Last updated: 10 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Viseur AI ("Viseur AI", "we", "us") processes personal data collected through the website viseur.ai (the "Website"): what we collect, why, the legal bases we rely on, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

It covers the public Website only. Use of the Viseur AI platform (PIMS, IMS, AI Marketplace and related products) by customers is governed by the separate agreements and data processing terms entered into with each institution.

Data controller

The data controller for personal data processed through the Website is Viseur AI, Söğütözü, 9 Eylül Cad No: 4 İç Kapı No:1, 06510 Çankaya, Ankara, Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, contact info@viseur.ai.

Personal data we collect

We collect:

  • Information you provide — when you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the subject and department you select, and the content of your message.
  • Information collected automatically — when you visit the Website our hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page and the pages you view, for security and to keep the service running.
  • Analytics data — if you consent, Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity collect usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, interactions). See our Cookie Policy for details and to change your choice.

We do not operate user accounts, take payments, or collect special categories of personal data through the Website.

Why we process your data and our legal bases

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the information or support you ask for — performance of steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)); for visitors in Türkiye, Art. 5(2)(c) and (f) of the KVKK, or your explicit consent where required.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Website, including server logs and abuse prevention — our legitimate interest in a safe, reliable service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)) and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation.
  • To measure and improve how the Website is used through analytics — your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK explicit consent / açık rıza), which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

The Website uses strictly necessary cookies and, with your consent, analytics cookies. Full details, including the cookies set and how to accept, reject or change your choice, are in our Cookie Policy.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract — our cloud and email infrastructure provider (Amazon Web Services) and, subject to your consent, Google (Google Analytics) and Microsoft (Clarity).
  • Authorities or advisors — where we are legally required to disclose data, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

International transfers

Website infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (AWS, Frankfurt region). Analytics providers (Google, Microsoft) may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data leaves the EEA or Türkiye, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses, or a mechanism recognised under the KVKK.

How long we keep data

  • Contact form messages — kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards for follow-up and record-keeping (normally up to 24 months), then deleted.
  • Server logs — kept for a short period (typically up to 90 days) for security and diagnostics.
  • Analytics data — retained according to the settings of the analytics provider; Google Analytics is configured with a limited retention period.

Your rights

Depending on where you are, you have some or all of the following rights over your personal data:

  • to be informed about and access the data we hold about you;
  • to have inaccurate data corrected and incomplete data completed;
  • to have your data erased;
  • to restrict or object to processing, including processing based on legitimate interest;
  • to data portability;
  • to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal;
  • under the KVKK (Art. 11), additionally: to learn whether your data is processed and request information about it, to learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom data is transferred, to request correction or erasure and notification of those actions to third parties, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@viseur.ai. We will respond within the time limits set by applicable law. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority — in Türkiye, the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurumu); in the EEA, your local supervisory authority.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including transport encryption (HTTPS), access controls and hosting with a certified cloud provider — to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Website is intended for healthcare professionals and business users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on the Website.
