- VISEURAI Health and Artificial Intelligence Technologies Inc will carry out its activities within the scope of product/service in accordance with national and international legal regulations.
- Technological developments will be followed within the scope of activities and continuous improvement of the Management System will be ensured,
- The requirements of TS EN ISO 13485 Standard will be met and service will be provided in accordance with legal conditions
- The resources required to maintain and develop TS EN ISO 13485 Quality Management System will be provided,
- Establishing, implementing, maintaining, and continuously improving the information security management system, and in this context, ensuring that information security is integrated with our business strategies
- Activities will be carried out by expert personnel who can meet the expectations and needs of customers in accordance with legal conditions, national and international rules,
- The allocation of appropriate resources for the management of information security risks
- Increasing awareness of information security among VISEURAI employees and establishing information security policies, objectives, and corresponding requirements in compliance with them.
- VISEURAI will take necessary measures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to information security
- Upper management will respect the privacy rights of customers, employees, and other stakeholders and will take necessary measures to protect information.
- Policies will be developed and implemented to ensure that information is accessed only by authorized individuals and for appropriate purposes.
- Commitment to uphold the principle of neutrality in all processes related to information security.
- Information security decisions will be made while avoiding any situations that may lead to discrimination or conflict of interest.
- Necessary resources will be allocated to ensure the provision and continuous improvement of information security.
- Training and awareness programs will be organized to ensure that all employees comply with information security policies
- It will not have a positive or negative effect on the process of activities,
- Company employees will carry out activities impartially,
- It will act in accordance with the principle of impartiality in cases such as relatives, friendships or acquaintances with company employees,
- The organization will never and never deviate from the principle of impartiality in the service it provides to real persons

- The scope of the VAI.P.10.F1 Risk Analysis and Assessment Form, which is on the agenda of YGG meetings every year, will be observed and evaluated,
- In the event that a complaint or objection is received from customers regarding the Manager and/or personnel, the relevant Manager and/or personnel will not be assigned to the work of the customer about whom the complaint was received,
- As the Senior Management, I will always act towards the personnel in accordance with the law, with honesty and integrity,
- As the Senior Management, I am responsible for all decisions in all stages of the process of considering complaints and objections
- As the Senior Management of VISEURAI Health and Artificial Intelligence Technologies Inc we undertake to act impartially in our activities, and we guarantee that the importance of impartiality is understood, conflict of interest is managed, and the established management style, organizational structure, quality policy, planned trainings and similar in-company practices are implemented, and the objectivity of the activities is ensured.
